Callaway Golf & Skyview Golf Association Announce A Multi-Year Partnership
While the nation was waking up to a new day earlier Saturday morning and readying for a day of celebrations and basking in the signing of a bill by President Joe Biden designating June 19th as a nationally recognized and paid federal holiday, Callaway Golf and Skyview Golf Association were announcing a new multi-year partnership between the two organizations. This first-time partnership will give the 61st Skyview Annual Pro-Am Golf Tournament very strong support and national presence. The tournament will be held July 13-15, 2021, at the Asheville Municipal Golf Course.
Skyview President Lee Shepard said, “The union between Callaway and Skyview will do much to elevate Skyview’s presence on the national golf scene this year. The partnership will allow for early reintroduction of the Skyview Youth Sportsmanship Academy and its proposed two-day golf tournament in June 2022.” In addition, the partnership will create an historic and progressive August 2022 Women’s Open two-day golf tournament as part of expansions envisioned through the partnership.
The tournament will be held July 13-15, 2021, at the Asheville Municipal Golf Course. The tournament has two professional divisions (Professional and Senior Professional) and three amateur divisions (Amateur, Senior Amateur, and Ladies).
